FLL - First Designs

On 28 August, Charles helped us to think about the types of 'actuators' that we would need to build in order to achieve the different challenges. We grouped them according to the action they would make, and matched them to the challenges. 

We were given different actuators to work on. Designs had to be drawn first. Then we could start building them.

 

The next day we came up with our first prototypes:

A week later, and here are our next actuator developments:

And now the robot is being developed, with ways to attach some of these:
