Today we managed to make a working program the would push out the can successfully, but we found out that the problem with the colour sensor was that there was sunlight hitting the colour sensor and interfering with the reading. This was easily solved by a sunshade that Oliver made to put shade on the colour sensor. It worked brilliantly. Jasmine found a page in the book she was borrowing; it was a line following program that instead of one motor working, one stopped, it had one motor going and one motor going slowly. I pointed out that this would work well on a straight line, but not so well on curvy lines.
