These are the notes we used to help us phone and organise a trip to the New World Lincoln Supermarket. We brainstormed what we needed to do, and the notes helped us know what to say, and not forget anything.
We wanted to phone the Manager and organise the trip ourselves, but had to be prepared for him not being there, or being put on hold, or having to be put through to him. We needed to explain what we were going for, and when we would like to come. We used the speakerphone so we could all hear, and Alice made the call, and Jake helped. It went really well!
